Our Annual Thanksgiving Feast will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017.
The feast schedule is as follows:
Kindergarten/1st Grade 10:00
2nd Grade/3rd Grade 10:45
4th Grade/5th Grade 11:30
6th/8th grade: 12:15
7th Grade: 1:00
Families are welcome and encouraged to participate, as well as volunteer for this wonderful event. If you are going to join your student, we ask that you please RSVP and let us know how many family members will be attending (not including your student) through the "Sign-Up Genius" website.
We are requesting your help to make this event successful yet another year! Here are some things that we ask you to kept in mind when signing up:
All food/items will be combined and shared between grade levels.
Food items must be FULLY COOKED and put in disposable, aluminum trays. We have limited abilities to warm up and no ability to cook food items.
Paper goods can be dropped off at any time, but please put your name and mark for the Thanksgiving Feast.
We ask that you drop your food items off the morning of Friday, November 17 by 9:00AM.
Items should be store bought/prepared, however, if homemade, we require that a list of ingredients be attached.
